At Vin Populi, we're seeking a skilled Waiter to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless dining experiences.
About the Role
* Setting tables with precision and attention to detail
* Taking reservations, greeting customers, and presenting menus and drinks lists
* Recommending dishes and wines to complement food when needed
* Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff
* Serving food and beverages with flair
* Opening bottles and pouring beverages
* Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
* Collecting payments and operating point of sale machines
We require applicants with a Certificate III in Hospitality (Restaurant Front of House) or equivalent qualification and previous experience in Australia. Familiarity with Australian cuisine is also essential.
