The Role
We are seeking a Urgent Care Practice Nurse – Enrolled Nurse to join our Royal Park Urgent Care Service. You will provide high-quality nursing support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RN) to ensure all patients receive appropriate care.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist the RN in delivering high-quality care for injuries or illnesses.
- Administer vaccinations, perform wound care, plastering, and provide patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests as directed by the RN.
- Assist with work cover injury management and phlebotomy, if applicable.
- Ensure all activities comply with scope of practice and policies.
- Support patient services, including greeting, assisting, and updating registration details.
- Provide guidance on inclusion and exclusion criteria over the phone.
- Maintain a clean, stocked clinical area, and complete administrative tasks such as billing and documentation.
- Participate in health and safety practices, reporting incidents and hazards.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- Experience in primary care, with a focus on chronic disease management and health promotion (desirable).
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience (desirable).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
