Role Overview
Based in Brisbane, we’re looking for a high‑performing Account Executive with a Business Development focus to drive growth in our Digital Automation portfolio across the Northern Region. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering tailored automation solutions that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and prospective Ricoh customers.
- Lead consultative conversations to uncover client needs and craft compelling automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless implementation and customer success.
- Champion Ricoh’s Digital Automation capabilities and position them as strategic enablers for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven success in Digital Automation sales and client relationship management.
- Proven experience with both Government and commercial processes.
- A strong grasp of industry trends in technology, automation, and business process optimisation.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business challenges into solution opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills – articulate, persuasive, and confident in both written and verbal formats.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi‑task, and manage time effectively.
