Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist
Seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support for the delivery of a major ICT project. The successful candidate will ensure that technical aspects are delivered professionally, including change management and transition to business as usual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver ICT related projects and large corporate ICT transformation programs using various methodologies.
* Experience with hardware installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
* Knowledge of RF, 4G LTE, or Satellite communications systems equipment and installation, with a strong understanding of RF system components and supporting equipment.
* Provide guidance and leadership to a multi-disciplinary project team, vendors, and other departmental teams to deliver projects.
Requirements:
* Successful experience in managing and delivering ICT projects and/or large corporate ICT transformation programs.
* Hardware installation and maintenance experience of IT infrastructure and equipment.
* Experience with RF, 4G LTE, or Satellite communications systems equipment and installation.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Desirable Criteria:
* Software systems installation, administration, development, and testing experience.
* Open Cabling Licence with optical, coax, and structured (O, C & S) endorsements.
* Understanding of Antennas and associated cabling/feeder systems and familiarity of masts and associated hardware.
