Overview
We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at Peel Health Campus, a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south‑west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia's most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32‑bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

Responsibilities
* Promote safe, rational and cost‑effective drug therapy by providing and coordinating clinical pharmacy services which include monitoring of the patient's total medication profile, providing drug information and undertaking teaching and research.
* Plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care.
* Practice as a Senior Pharmacist and ensure practice is in accordance to the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct for Registered Health Practitioners and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Employment Conditions
Eligibility: Applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
