Reporting to the Head of HR, this newly created role offers the opportunity to build on the foundations already in place and take the function to the next stage of maturity. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders providing confident, practical and commercially sound HR advise. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating close to the business, influencing leaders, and driving meaningful people outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting full life cycle of HR related matters, including Organisational Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management. Coaching and training of managers on HR-related matters. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, and employer brand. Implement best practice policies and procedures Employee engagement Represent and direct company dealings with employer groups, industry associations and relevant bodies HR Policies & Compliance: Review and implement policies, handle employee relations, and maintain compliance. Compensation & Benefits: Conduct benchmarking, manage reward programs, and lead annual reviews. HR Systems & Reporting: Optimise HRIS processes, provide analytics, and drive continuous improvement. About you This role will suit an experience HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and enjoys making a visible impact on both people and business outcomes. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field. At least 5 years in HR, ideally within an SME. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Proven ability to lead teams and partner with senior leadership. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and HRIS proficiency.
