Accountant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in enabling our next phase of growth.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to ensure client work is completed efficiently.
* Lead the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for various entities.
* Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for companies and trusts.
* Deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations.
* Be coached directly by an experienced Partner to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
* Provide exceptional service to clients.
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events.
* Support and train junior team members.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.
* Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and Quickbooks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
