We assist clients improve from Mediocre Investing to High net worth Investing via our proprietary strategic planning advice.
We are growing again and are looking for someone to join our growing buyer’s agency team. We are specifically looking for candidates from WA, SA, VIC & QLD.
You will be assisting with every aspect of the property purchasing process. The office-based portion of the job is 100% working from home but you may also have to attend property inspections.
- Sourcing properties for purchase – both on and off-market
- Researching properties to identify suitable purchasing opportunities
- Liaising with the property buying team via our internal communication systems
- Contacting sales agents about upcoming properties for sale
- Liaising with architects, council representatives, solicitors, building and pest inspectors and more to provide an accurate Due Diligence report
- Maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills

Pre-requisites
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Experience in the property industry
- Experience in purchasing property yourself or others (home or investments)
- Existing property portfolio or a desire to build your own wealth through property
