* Proactively seek potential candidates using various tools and strategies.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders for their talent requirements.
* Develop effective advertising strategies to attract top applicants.
* Provide regular recruitment statistics and key trends to the leadership team.
* Partner with stakeholders to improve capability through refined recruitment and selection practices.
* Offer coaching and support to hiring managers to ensure timely role fill.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
* Strong relationship-building skills across the organisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate to advanced reporting and MS Office skills.
* Effective project management skills.
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable.
