Receptionist & Administration Assistant
to join our team and play a key role in creating a positive experience for visitors and supporting smooth office operations and events
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing reliable administrative support where no day is the same.
About The Role
You'll be the friendly face that greets visitors and the go-to person for a variety of administration tasks. From managing the switchboard and coordinating meetings to assisting with travel bookings and events, you'll help keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist visitors in a warm approachable, & professional manner
* Manage incoming calls and switchboard
* Coordinate meetings,, archiving systems, stationery orders and local and international courier bookings
* Assist with domestic & international travel bookings, corporate and social event coordination
* Provide general administrative support as required, including document preparation and various office tasks
* Maintain security access systems and manage courier bookings

What We're Looking For
* A welcoming and approachable communication style
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in reception or administration (5+ years preferred)
* A positive mindset and willingness to learn new systems or processes
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Desirable
* Experience in a large or global organisation
* Knowledge of security systems, switchboard and travel bookings
* Administration-related qualifications
