We're looking for confident, motivated people to join our remote solar sales team in Victoria. If you've got great people skills and want to build financial freedom in one of Australia's fastest-growing industries, this is your opportunity.
You'll be provided with qualified booked appointments (in-home and over-the-phone). No cold calling or door knocking – just real customers who have already shown interest in going solar. Your role is to attend, present, and close.
What You'll Be Doing
Attend booked in-home or phone appointments (no cold calling)
Help customers understand solar solutions and finance options
Close jobs
and earn high commissions
Manage your own schedule remotely
Attend fortnightly in-person meetings for ongoing training and support
Report daily results and track performance
What We Offer
Commission-only position

$100K–$150K OTE
(high performers earn $200K+)
Average reps earn
$8K–$15K/month

Based in VIC – with a driver's licence and a car
