Key Responsibilities
* Area Sales Managers will be managed by you to achieve strategic business objectives and meet customer trading requirements.
* You are expected to deliver regional turnover budgets through effective sales activity, thereby generating substantial revenue for the organisation.
* Guidance, support, and line management will be provided to team members to ensure they excel in their roles.
* Regular feedback and insights will be offered to inform sales strategy and drive results.
* Strong relationships will be developed with key customer personnel to discuss and implement local trading agreements.
* Regional expenditure budgets will be managed and accurate records maintained.
* Customer events, meetings, and training sessions may require your attendance and support.
