The role of a Site Manager is critical in ensuring the successful execution of medium-density projects and building quality homes, on time and on budget. This position requires a result-driven individual with a passion for project management and a proven track record of supervising teams to achieve exceptional results.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the site, coordinating the staging plan, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the job is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the call-up of trades and suppliers, supervising trades on site, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and reports are completed as required.
