Great opportunity for GPs on Expedited or Specialist pathways. Working hours are based on 8 am - 4:30 pm weekdays and are very flexible. Patient and staff parking is available. Choose your appointment times and enjoy full clinical independence.
The Opportunity
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll be supported with full nursing coverage and Allied Health support is available. Sub-specialties in demand include Occupational Health, Skin Cancer, minor procedures, women's health, and chronic disease management. Earn $150/hour or 65-70% of billings, whichever is higher. Likely earnings range is $250,000-$300,000 before tax per year.
Duties
DUTIES
Examine patients and take histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments. Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases. Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease prevention and accident prevention. Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.

LOCATION
DPA/MM6, Broome, a busy coastal town of 15,000, with a significant shortage of General Practitioners. Visa sponsorship to support permanent residency is available.
