Bookkeeper & Administration Professional
We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage our company's accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Key responsibilities include processing payroll, preparing and lodging financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Accounting software proficiency (Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suites (Word, Excel, Missive, ZenDesk, Google Drive).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven organisational and time management skills.
* Diploma or Degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar bookkeeping or administrative role is necessary for this position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
