**About the Company**
This is a leading Government Agency who is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and campaigns (including research, advertising, social media, digital marketing, SEM, eDMs, brand management, collateral, events etc)
**Day to day activities**
- Manage complex projects using a multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring a positive customer experience, consistent branding, and timely and cost-effective communication delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams on all marketing and communication functions.
- Provide advice, reports, and support to the manager as required.
- Participate in project delivery activities and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate a holistic communications approach with the Division's teams to meet campaign objectives.
- 5-10 years of campaign experience, including multi-channeled campaigns. Government and agency experience preferred
- End to end campaign management
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage large a number of stakeholders in a large organisation
- Experience in measuring and reporting the ROI on business activities and adjusting plans accordingly
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively convey information verbally and in writing.
