About the Role
Based in our Barwon Heads office, you will provide outstanding property management services to rental providers and renters across the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding towns.
This role would suit either an experienced Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager looking to step into a full portfolio role with comprehensive training and support. Reporting to the Manager - Portfolio, Partnership and Strategy, your key responsibilities will include:
Deliver a high standard of property management services to rental providers and renters
Coordinate marketing, leasing, and tenancy commencements
Manage tenancies with strong attention to detail
Conduct open for inspections
Handle rental enquiries via phone, email, and website
Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Key Requirements
Agent's Representative Certificate and current driver's licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
Highly organised with strong digital literacy
Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
Proactive, reliable, and energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express 360° inspections will be highly regarded
