We're currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role will see you providing world-class service to our major Mining, Automotive, Marine and Power Generation customers in Karratha. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.
• Develop positive relationships with key customers; resolve customer concerns regarding products and services; explain charges to customers.
• Analyze customers needs, gather pertinent information, and open work orders; provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and provide status updates to customers on repair work.
• Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; review plans with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of process management principles and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experience working with warranty processing and decision-making processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
