As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’re not just running diaries and documents. You’re supporting community‑led leadership, strengthening governance, and helping shape better health outcomes across East Arnhem Land.

The role
* We’re looking for a sharp, capable and creative Executive Assistant to be the CEO’s right‑hand person.
* You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum - managing systems, priorities, communication, technology and projects so the CEO and Executive team can focus on strategy, governance and community accountability.
* You’ll also get out and about, visiting remote communities, meeting Elders and Boards, and seeing first‑hand why Miwatj’s work matters.

What you’ll bring
* 3-4+ years’ experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive
* A formal qualification in business or an equivalent discipline (essential)
* Strong skills across Microsoft 365, digital systems, reporting and presentations
* Confidence managing complex diaries, travel, meetings, communications and sensitive information
* A genuine interest in, or commitment to learning about, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health and remote contexts
* Availability to travel to remote communities (monthly or less)
