About us
We are currently seeking two qualified Electrician with commercial and Industrial experience to join our Installation Team based at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. This position would suit someone who would like to work in large business where their effort is acknowledged and they feel part of a team. Whilst working within the Installation team you will be responsible for project work, installing and commissioning new equipment and machinery.
To be considered for this position you will:
· Be a qualified and experienced tradesman
· Have the ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
· Have previous fabrication experience
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be experienced in machine trouble shooting/problem solving & fault finding
· Be able to demonstrate experience in pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
· Possess the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
· Be available to travel when required to other locations
The following qualifications are not essential but will be highly regarded in the selection process:
* Elevated Work Platform Licence
Confined Space
· Emergency First Aid / CPR
· Working at Heights
· Low Voltage Release and Rescue
This is a full-time permanent position within our Electrical team. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount.
As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
Rate will be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
