Service & Rental Coordinator - NSW

What you'll be doing
* Coordinate incoming service jobs & customer enquiries
* Enter jobs, raise quotes & work orders in iScala
* Communicate job progress and updates to customers
* Support workshop & field service scheduling
* Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch & returns
* Maintain fleet readiness & asset status records
* Assist with invoicing, reporting & admin support
Hours & Work/Life Balance
* Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
* Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
* Weekends off

What we're looking for
* 2+ years in service admin / customer support
* Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
* Strong communication & stakeholder skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office & ERP systems (iScala ideal but not essential)
* Current driver's licence
