As Ashdown grows here and internationally we are looking for someone to lead an amazing team that has a fill rate of over 50%. Your duties and responsibilities include:
* Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting goals and aims to drive business growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and building partnerships.
* Provide exceptional recruitment solutions to clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement.
* Oversee day to day operations of the business including reporting on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
* Mentor and develop the recruitment team, providing training and ongoing support.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
About you
We are looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Leader who is enthusiastic about delivering the best service.
* Have a strong recruitment background experience in an agency environment in Gov space, both State and Federal.
* Ability to manage clients and Gov agencies at all levels
* Understand how to manage a team, mentor a team, encourage a team and build on it.
* We are also very happy to look at someone who wants to step up to the role who has been the 2ic in the Gov team.
