At Scyne, their “People Before Business” approach means you can rotate off projects after six months to broaden your skills and explore new areas of interest.You’ll be supported by senior leaders, work in collaborative teams of four to eight, and have a dedicated People Lead focused on your development and wellbeing.The RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you will:Advising and supporting finance teams with accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, risk controls, and issue remediationDriving better financial outcomes through cost modelling, funding sustainability reviews, forecasting, business case evaluation, and commercial assuranceImproving finance and corporate functions by redesigning operating models, enhancing processes and controls, and supporting digitisation and automationEnabling transformation and ERP delivery by contributing to finance transformation strategies, ERP implementation support, and contract optimisation during cloud transitionsBuilding strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, delivering timely financial insights, and proactively identifying opportunities to add valueThe Ideal PersonYou’re a purpose-driven finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a real difference in the public sector.
