Job Description
This is a career-advancing role for an experienced Speech Pathologist who desires flexibility and autonomy in their work. Our clinicians and leaders help individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their goals.
No two days are alike in this position. We strive to match your caseload to your experience and interests.
* Early Years Caseload: Engage in early intervention and parent training in a clinic setting.
* School-Aged Children: Provide services for literacy, social communication skills & Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
* Adults: Offer speech, language and social skills training for adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI), stroke or progressive neurological conditions.
* Dysphagia Management: Manage mealtime assessments and food aversion cases for all age groups.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
* Experience leading and supporting others.
* A passion for collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
* A desire to make a real impact within the community.
* Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
