About the role
We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Qualifications
* You are excellent with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
* You are a team player and have versatile availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications.
* You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
