About the Role
At Red Health, our Quality Assurance team sits at the heart of the service we deliver.
As a Medicolegal Quality Assurance Officer, you will review and refine medico-legal reports prepared by leading Medical Experts, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and aligned with relevant legislation and professional guidelines before being released to clients.
This role goes beyond proofreading. It is about protecting quality, supporting clinical excellence, and contributing to outcomes that matter.
You will work closely with Medical Experts and internal teams to help shape high-quality, reliable reports that are trusted by insurers, legal professionals and organisations nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing
* Reviewing medico-legal reports to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
* Supporting Medical Experts to deliver high-quality, compliant reports
* Applying relevant guidelines and legislative frameworks
* Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow outcomes
* Contributing to continuous improvement in quality processes and service delivery
What We're Looking For

Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in medical, legal or workers' compensation environments
* Exposure to permanent impairment guidelines or compensation schemes
