Position and Responsibilities
* Operate a variety of mobile equipment to maintain site roads and the airport safely and effectively.
* Perform luggage handling, aircraft de‐icing, and snow removal.
* Assist in training and monitoring junior operators.
* Provide support to other departments on site.
* Report equipment failures and test equipment after maintenance repairs.
* Act as a team player with strong communication skills.
Requirements
* Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
* Three to five years of relevant work experience.
* Equivalence of education and work experience may be considered.
* Valid Class 5 driver's license.
* Experience operating loader, bus, skid steer, vacuum, garbage truck, grader, dozer, rock truck, and excavator.
* Willingness to perform manual labour as required.
* Ability to work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications
* Valid Class 1A driver's license.
Conditions of Employment
* Pre‐employment substance test.
Additional Information
* Rate per hour: $55.44.
* Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan's North (RSN).
* Safety‐sensitive sites require a successful substance test, including marijuana, as a condition of employment.
