What You'll Do
As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers. You will mentor and develop staff skills, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes, and provide direction for the Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team according to legislative and medication safety guidelines.
* High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
* Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Mandatory Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
* A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
