Your work will be focused around planning, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure and security.

The Role.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own the network and systems infrastructure that supports our Hobart studio, remote collaborators, and creative cloud services.
You'll plan, implement, and maintain everything from office connectivity to production network security.

But it's the personalized professional support, and growth and development opportunities we think will really help you fly.
What you'll do Core Infrastructure Operations Plan, deploy, and maintain wired and wireless networks for the Hobart studio, ensuring stability and performance for a Mac-centric creative team.
Manage network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) including configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
Support our hybrid environment: on-prem studio infrastructure plus AWS cloud resources used for collaboration and software delivery.
Security Compliance Design and maintain a network security framework: firewall policies, VPN access, intrusion detection, and data protection.
Implement security controls that align with ISO ***** readiness and protect our IP and user data.
Conduct proactive security reviews and maintain audit documentation.
Technical Support Automation Provide advanced network troubleshooting and be the escalation point for connectivity or systems issues.
Automate repetitive tasks (monitoring, config backups, provisioning) using scripting tools and network automation platforms.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and asset registers; ensure we have a clear source of truth.
Studio Collaboration Work closely with our engineering and support teams to ensure network infrastructure meets the needs of a software development environment.
Support studio ops: high-bandwidth file sharing, render workloads, video conferencing, and licensed software distribution.
Skills Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum three years of professional experience in network and systems engineering Proven ability to manage enterprise-grade networks: routing/switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls Hands-on experience with network monitoring and security tools; scripting for automation is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of applicable industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Please note, we do not operate remote or hybrid models.
We're looking for full-time and on-site employees for our Hobart office.
