* Delivering delegated nursing care and shaping care plans—using sound judgement to spot changes and upscale early.
* Strengthening patient experience through clear bedside handover and respectful, goal‐oriented conversations.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the national board (no medication restrictions).
* IV medication competency (e.g., HLTEN519 or equivalent).
* Ready for rotating shifts in a 24/7 service; fit for manual handling and PPE use (including P2/N95 fit‐testing).
* Team‐centred communicator who practices safely to national standards and meets required screening and immunisation requirements.
You'll stand out if you have rural healthcare experience and/or have led small quality or patient‐flow improvements.
