As we continue to manage roles within our company, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Supervisor to join our Construction Team.

About the Role
As a Residential Building Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the construction of multiple residential homes from slab down to handover. Working closely with trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams, you'll ensure homes are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards that Activa Homes Group is known for.
This is an excellent opportunity for a building professional with a minimum of two years' local residential construction supervisory experience, who is looking to further develop their career with a respected builder.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the construction of single and double storey residential homes across multiple sites.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
* Liaise with clients to keep them informed with progress of on site works.
* Ensure construction programs are maintained and homes are delivered on schedule.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
* Ensure all works comply with NCC requirements, relevant Australian Standards and company quality expectations.
* Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
* Manage construction budgets and minimise rework and defects.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the construction process.
* Coordinate practical completion inspections and handovers.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Residential Building Supervisor in Perth Western Australia.
* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, NCC requirements, and local building regulations.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* White Card (essential).
* Current Western Australian Driver's Licence.
* Ability to build positive working relationships with trades, suppliers, clients and colleagues.
* A proactive, professional and solutions‐focused attitude.
