About the Role

This administrative position plays a crucial role in supporting our team and providing exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an organised, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

* Fully comprehend and apply established procedures for financial management, banking, and petty cash handling.
* Maintain accurate records and perform timely invoice payments, stock receipts, and transfers.
* Assist with stocktake processing and implement effective filing systems.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain confidentiality where necessary.
* Provide support to the team and customers in a professional and courteous manner.


Requirements

* Possess excellent administration skills, preferably within a retail environment.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and a focus on follow-through.
* Exhibit a positive and helpful approach to assisting the team and customers.
