About the role :
As a Stabilising Operator, you'll be responsible for operating stabilising equipment on various civil construction sites. You'll travel across regional NSW, contributing to roadworks, infrastructure upgrades, and other stabilisation projects.
Key responsibilities :
Operate stabilising machinery safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment
Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Travel regularly to different project locations across regional NSW
What we're looking for :
Experience operating stabilising or similar civil construction equipment
Willingness to travel and work away from home
Robust work ethic and team-first attitude
Current driver's licence (HR or higher preferred)
Commitment to safety and quality
