Job Title: Business Operations Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist to support our director and wider client-facing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including inbox and diary management, scheduling, and general administration tasks.
* Analyse client lending structures (facilities, rates, terms) and prepare detailed comparison reports.
* Utilise custom software to identify cost savings, loan structures, and strategy options for clients.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and secure.
* Assist with preparation of client-facing materials (reports, summaries, presentations) and provide data analysis support as required.
* Liaise with banks, stakeholders, and clients to gather information and progress deals.
* Support the business with project work, marketing assistance, and data management as needed.
