Customer Service Advisor – Big 4 Bank

* $37.13/hr + Super
* 6-month temporary contract with strong potential for extension
* Full-time 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster (Mon–Fri 7 am–9 pm, occasional Sat shifts)
* Start Date: 10th February 2026
* Location: Docklands, VIC (Hybrid after training)

Your New Role

As a
Customer Service Advisor (Cards & Digital)
, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries about their credit and debit cards, internet banking, and mobile app services. This is an inbound call centre role where you'll handle approximately 40–60 calls per day, providing accurate and empathetic assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting customers with card-related queries such as lost or replacement cards, balance transfers, and points accumulation.
* Supporting customers with digital banking and app troubleshooting.
* Educating customers on banking products and services while offering tailored solutions.
* Navigating multiple systems efficiently to resolve queries promptly.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Full working rights in Australia and availability for 37.5 hours per week.
* Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality, or banking).
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Ability to multitask across systems and absorb training effectively.
* Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
