We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established accounts while actively seeking and converting new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across your territory Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain your pipeline using Salesforce Create and execute sales plans to drive growth and achieve targets Identify opportunities to improve processes for both customers and internal teams Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure outstanding service delivery Promote and uphold safe working practices, contributing to OHS&E initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer service Experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is highly regarded Strong sales capability, with a track record of managing a territory or customer portfolio Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in MS Office Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and able to work independently Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills If you’re ready to take ownership of sales growth and make a tangible impact within one of Australia’s leading manufacturing operations, we want to hear from you.
