Role
Project Manager - Commercial Construction
– lead and deliver large commercial and fit-out projects, forecast and manage budgets, maintain quality processes and build strong relationships with clients, architects and consultants.
Responsibilities
Forecast and manage project budgets and schedules.
Ensure quality processes and delivery across all projects and the project team.
Manage RFI's to clients, architects and consultants.
Oversee procurement, including scope of work and tender package.
Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Stable track record in commercial construction project management.
Fit-out and refurbishment experience highly regarded.
Ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
Experience using construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar.
Natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.

Salary: $165k – $200k + Super (experience determining).
