We are seeking a Senior Category Manager to play a key role in driving commercial strategies and delivering business results. The successful candidate will have experience in category management, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG sales or marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective commercial plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and delivering category plans that align with commercial goals and financial targets.
* Tracking performance and identifying gaps in category performance versus plan.
* Supporting commercial calendars and forecasting across categories.
* Enabling strategic initiatives such as Perfect Store and Revenue Growth projects.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning, to deliver results through strong collaboration and commercial acumen.
