We seek an experienced coordinator to manage group accommodation bookings, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Manage group reservations from enquiry stage to final invoicing
* Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet group requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in Hotel Front Office or Reservations
* Working knowledge of Opera Cloud and iVvy systems
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
