Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen by washing, cleaning and sanitising kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Load, operate and unload the dishwasher properly
* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
* Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment, and utensils.
* Maintain kitchen inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipating needed supplies.
* Place clean dishes and utensils in their designated storage areas.
* Clean garbage bins and other kitchen equipment as required.
* Follow all standards and protocols for hygiene and safety as set by the establishment.
* Attend training and meetings as required.

* Ability to operate and maintain dish washing equipment
* Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and holidays when necessary
* Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
