Data-Driven Decision Making
The Market Insights Professional will drive marketing impact through data-driven insights, analysing campaign performance using observational and experimental measurement approaches, as well as statistical modelling.
* Analyse campaign performance using observational and experimental measurement approaches, as well as statistical modelling.
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights to optimise future campaigns and drive sales growth.
* Develop insight into customer behaviour — identifying both success and pain points to uncover growth opportunities, assess the impact of existing actions, and provide strategic recommendations for future challenges.
* Create new ways to group, segment, and understand customers in terms of value, behaviour, and motivations, supporting more sophisticated targeting and engagement strategies in collaboration with campaign planners.
Key Requirements:
4+ years proven experience in marketing measurement, marketing effectiveness, media analytics, or a related analytical role.
Key Skills:
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to segment, model, summarise, interpret, and communicate complex data sets in a simple way for non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of observational measurement, experimental design, and statistical modelling.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work effectively with everyone from technical analysts to senior executives.
A self-starter mindset with the curiosity to dig deep, unpick problems, and independently find solutions.
