The Role
You will report directly to the Head of Finance, overseeing financial analysis and reporting across the business. Additionally, you will manage a team responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As a senior member of the Finance team, you will contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of the team and promote a positive working culture. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve organisational, departmental, strategic, and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience with efficient financial management systems and processes
* Background in accounting, including payroll operations
* Proven leadership skills, inspiring teams in changing environments

* Able to contribute ideas, demonstrate initiative, and manage change
* Understanding of internal control practices
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Numerical and analytical skills
Prior experience in health-related or retail sectors is advantageous but not essential.
