About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams, ensuring outcomes that balance architectural quality with functionality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. From design inception to construction, you’ll be a key driver of project success. Key Responsibilities
Lead design phases and provide direction to ensure client and stakeholder requirements are met. Coordinate with consultants, lead design meetings, and manage site inspections. Prepare sketches, drawings, 3D renders, and detailed design documentation. Oversee feasibility studies, risk management strategies, and statutory approvals. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth. Actively contribute to quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards. Manage stakeholder relationships, including client meetings, reporting, and scoping briefs. About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring: Essential: Master’s Degree in Architecture (or similar) and registration as an Architect in Australia. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of architectural experience, ideally Retail projects. Desirable: Exposure to mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure developments. Strong design excellence, problem-solving, and strategic thinking ability. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
