What is our Staff Development Nurserole?
An exciting opportunityexists to join the supportive and collaborative Education teamwithin the Centre for Nursing Education (CNE) As a CNE StaffDevelopment Nurse (SDN) you will support local SDNs with ongoingassessment of the mandatory and essential knowledge and skills ofnursing staff in designated ward/unit.
CNE SDNs actively contributeto planning and implementation of education and training programswith Nurse Educators and Subject Matter Experts for hospital wideStaff Development programs, such as study days, workshops,simulation and development of educational resources.
This position focussesprimarily on professional development and mandatory training, inaddition you may be required to work across other SDN roles withinCNE to meet education service needs. This position offers anexcellent opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute tobroader organisational nursing education initiatives.
