* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to develop strategic workforce plans
* Design, implement and improve workforce planning processes
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure workforce strategies align with business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or HR background
* Strong project management skills
* Clear and confident communication
* Problem-solving and execution abilities
* Building relationships with various stakeholders
