Chief Engineer – Mechanical This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical Engineering within Humes. You will ensure that all mechanical items are designed, certified, and safe to operate across our national operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInnovative Design: Leading mould design and modification, as well as plant and equipment upgrades.Technical Leadership: Acting as the Holcim (Humes) RPEQ and RPEV.Safety & Standards: Ensuring all designs are safe to operate and maintain while updating internal standards to reflect best practices.Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing designs that are more efficient to construct and operate.Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request.About You We recognize that diverse experiences make our team stronger.
