About the Role
You will take ownership of the store as a business, balancing client relationships, team leadership, and commercial performance. This is not a traditional retail management position.
* Drive sales through a strong focus on clienteling, service, and key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
* Build a loyal, high‐value client base and support ongoing client retention
* Create a sense of energy and relevance within the local community
* Lead events, partnerships, and in‐store experiences
* Set and uphold a standard of generous, thoughtful service

* A commercial mindset, with confidence in delivering KPIs, achieving sales, and reaching results
* A natural ability to build genuine, long‐term client relationships

* Confidence working with premium, often affluent customers
* An interest in community, events, and creating meaningful in‐store experiences
* Experience in premium, luxury, or client‐led environments
