We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the day‐to‐day delivery of construction works on site. This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting efficient project delivery in line with project requirements. This is a permanent, full‐time position, based on‐site in Edinburgh, Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to the following:
* Oversee and coordinate day‐to‐day construction activities on site
* Supervise site crews, trades and subcontractors
* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality standards
* Coordinate site resources including labour, plant and materials
* Monitor site progress and support effective project deliveryMaintain strong safety practices and site discipline
* Communicate clearly with project and site teams
* Maintain site records, documentation and reporting
* Promote a professional, cooperative and safety‐focused site environment
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job:
* White Card (Nationally Recognised Construction Induction)
* Relevant trade or construction qualification or minimum 10 years' site experience in the construction industry
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand (minimum 2 years)
* Ability to gaina Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
* Trade or construction background, or other relevant industry experience
* Current Drivers Licence
Work Experience
Considered necessary to do the job effectively
* Minimum of 10 years site experience in the construction or civil industry
* Demonstrated prior commercial experience in a supervisory capacity within a minimum Tier 2 organisation
* Sound understanding of construction materials, methods and site practices
* Experience with project planning, programming or sequencing of works
* Proven supervision, site management and workforce planning experience
* Some previous exposure to structures and in‐ground services
