Role Overview
This is a high-performing team that plays a key role in strategic planning and delivery of meaningful change across national initiatives.
The successful candidate will coordinate and support a range of projects aligned with the agency's mission to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and assist with project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Provide expert advice and guidance on project processes and best practices
* Conduct research, data analysis and contribute to reporting on project outcomes
* Prepare high-quality written materials including business cases, briefs, and executive reports
* Monitor risks and issues, and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business outcomes
* Support procurement and contract management processes

Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in agile project management methodologies
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external networks
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to make evidence-informed decisions
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Planner, etc.)
* Understanding of accessibility and privacy principles within a government context
