**Your new role**

**University Advancement** is currently seeking forward-thinking and driven professionals to join the team as administration superstars. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for everything from scheduling and correspondence, to data management and event planning. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse and talented team, contribute to exciting initiatives and support strategic fundraising and alumni engagement efforts across the University.

In this role, you'll assist in building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to impactful engagement and fundraising initiatives. You will play an integral role in database management, ensuring information is accurate and accessible, and be familiar with a range of software systems to facilitate the efficient delivery of your daily tasks.

We're looking for administrative allrounders with demonstrated relevant experience and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external to the University. If you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management skills, we are eager to hear from you! Previous experience working with customer relationship management systems and fundraising databases is desirable.

**In this role you will**:

- Coordinate donor and volunteer cultivation and stewardship activities by initiating mailings, arranging meetings and coordination.
- Work with the Advancement Operations team to utilise the Raiser's Edge (customer relationship management database) and other office software to maintain, extract and analyse data, and produce reports, including financial reports, donor impact reports and forecasts.
- Maintain and update Raiser's Edge records in a timely manner to improve data integrity and accuracy of constituent information.
- Ensure all activity is accurately documented and actioned within appropriate timescales.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for projects and events.
- Manage positive and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Gift Services Coordinator to ensure all private support is reflected in Raiser's Edge and to provide support with transactional activities for receiving and processing donations.
- Resolve operational problems and facilitate the development and implementation of initiatives, processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to a variety of fundraising campaigns that have significant social impact across the University and community.
- Provide administrative support to the respective team within University Advancement.

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrated relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training.
- Previous experience using CRM software is essential - Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, displaying flexibility, initiative and decisiveness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop key relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to draft clear, concise and professional documentation.
